What's Up Korea Story is written by Minjae and published by What'sUp Planet Inc. (왓썹 플래닛), a small company in Suyeong-gu, Busan.

What's Up Korea receives support from Korea's tourism support center under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (MCST). This site is not a government website.

What's Up Korea (whatsuptour.com) is the shop map and QR pages from the same company. A shop registers once in Korean. Menus, notes, and the shop page go out in 14 languages. A visitor scans one QR and reads in that language.

The line on the shop site is One Scan, All of Korea. What'sUp Planet's own line is We Bridge Korea — a B2B2C layer between Korean local shops and foreign visitors. The map is live in Busan, Gyeongju, Geoje, and Seoul. Shop registration is free.
